TikTok Coins to USD Calculator

Updated October 2026

A TikTok Coins to USD calculator is a free tool that shows what TikTok Coins and LIVE gifts cost in real money, in the app and on the website, and estimates what the creator who receives them gets.

1

What are you converting?

Coins, a gift, points or Diamonds
2

Where the Coins were bought

Sets what viewers paid

Coin prices differ by country and by store, and TikTok's website charges less than the app. Google Play shows no prices per pack, so on Android, type in what you paid.

3

Your rewards percentage

For creators, optional

TikTok shows your percentage under "available rewards" on the LIVE rewards page. It says creators can collect up to 53%; creators report 20% for LIVEs under five minutes.

Creator estimate = 1,000 Diamonds (one per Coin, our estimate) × $0.01 per Diamond (our estimate) × 20% to 53%. TikTok publishes no cash value for a Diamond, and the figure in your TikTok app always wins.

Gifts are one of four ways TikTok pays creators. The TikTok Monetization Checker shows which ones you qualify for, and the TikTok Money Calculator estimates Creator Rewards on your videos.

What each TikTok gift costs

We checked 12 of these 17 Coin prices in TikTok's own gift list on tiktok.com on October 7, 2026. The 5 marked * weren't in that list, so their prices come from three gift trackers (October 6, 2026). Dollar figures are the middle of the cheapest and dearest US pack, so a real purchase lands within a few percent. The creator column is our estimate at 20% to 53% rewards.

What creators actually get

TikTok has published two answers. Its LIVE creator page from December 2022, still online, says it shares 50% of its net revenue from virtual items with creators, after app store and payment fees. Scaled LIVE rewards, introduced in 2025 and worldwide since August 4, 2025, replaced that for the LIVEs you host: you collect a rewards percentage of up to 53%, up to 40% from Per-LIVE Missions such as how long you stay live and how many new followers you gain, and up to 13% from Weekly Missions such as how often you go live.

What TikTok does not publish is what a Diamond is worth in cash. Our estimate is about $0.01 per Diamond before your percentage, with 1 Diamond per Coin of gifts. A creator quoting the app in January 2025 wrote that 10,000 Diamonds could be $51.00 at 51%, and ABC News's February 2024 test found 50 Coins of gifts left the creator A$0.37, about half a US cent per Coin under the old 50% split. Both fit the estimate. Creators report 20% for LIVEs under five minutes, and TikTok publishes no minimum.

TikTok also says Diamonds do not automatically entitle anyone to a reward payment, and that breaking its LIVE monetization guidelines can reduce rewards or remove them. If the LIVE rewards page in your app shows a different figure, the app is right.

How this calculator works
  • What viewers paid: Coins × the price per Coin in the store you pick, from its cheapest to its dearest pack. The headline figure is the middle of that range. Real purchases come in packs, and promotions can add bonus Coins; we use list prices.
  • Gifts: the gift's price in Coins × how many. Prices come from TikTok's gift list on tiktok.com, read October 7, 2026, or from gift trackers for gifts that list doesn't show.
  • Battle points: each Coin of gifts scores 1 point and each like 3, so points give the most viewers could have spent.
  • What the creator gets: Diamonds × $0.01 × the rewards percentage, with 1 Diamond per Coin of gifts. Without your percentage, the result runs from 20% to 53%.
  • Not included: withdrawal fees, tax, agency cuts, content-quality deductions, and gifts you receive as a guest in someone else's multi-guest LIVE, which TikTok says still use its previous formula.

Frequently asked

How much is 1,000 TikTok Coins in USD?
About $14.80 in the US iPhone app, depending on the pack, and about $10.38 on tiktok.com, as of October 7, 2026. Outside the US, 1,000 Coins cost about £13.78 in the UK app, CA$20.10 in Canada and A$23.38 in Australia. Prices are set per country rather than converted from dollars.
How much does one TikTok Coin cost?
From 1.43¢ to 1.53¢ in the US iPhone app, and about 1.04¢ on tiktok.com, as of October 7, 2026. TikTok's own policy says the cost per Coin "differs depending on how many you buy and where you buy them". Bigger packs barely change the price per Coin; where you buy changes it a lot.
Why are TikTok Coins cheaper on the website?
Because app stores charge a fee on purchases made inside apps. TikTok's coin page says buying there lets you "save around 25% with a lower third-party service fee". In the US, 350 Coins cost $3.65 on tiktok.com and $5.00 in the iPhone app.
How much is a Lion on TikTok?
A Lion costs 29,999 Coins, about $443.89 in the US iPhone app or $311.42 on tiktok.com. The creator who receives it gets an estimated $60.00 to $158.99, at 20% to 53% rewards. A TikTok Universe, at 44,999 Coins, costs about $665.84 in the app.
How much is a TikTok Diamond worth?
TikTok doesn't publish it. Our estimate is about $0.01 per Diamond before your rewards percentage, so 10,000 Diamonds come to about $53.00 at 53% and $20.00 at 20%. It rests on a creator quoting the app in January 2025 and an ABC News test in February 2024, which agree. The LIVE rewards page in your TikTok app shows your real figure.
How much does TikTok take from gifts?
It depends on the creator. In 2022 TikTok said it shares 50% of its net revenue from virtual items with creators, after app store and payment fees. Under Scaled LIVE rewards, introduced in 2025, creators collect a rewards percentage of up to 53%, set by missions such as how long and how often they go live. TikTok publishes no minimum; creators report 20% for LIVEs under five minutes, and guideline violations can cut rewards further.
Are TikTok battle points the same as Coins?
Close, but not quite. In a LIVE match each Coin of gifts scores 1 point and each like scores 3, per TikTok's LIVE help pages, and creators can run matches where only chosen gifts count. So 1,000,000 points means viewers sent at most 1,000,000 Coins of gifts, at most about $14,797 in the US iPhone app. Likes are free, so the real figure is usually lower.
What is Scaled LIVE rewards?
TikTok's system for paying LIVE creators, worldwide since August 4, 2025. Your rewards are based on the Diamonds you collect and a rewards percentage of up to 53%: up to 40% from Per-LIVE Missions, such as LIVE duration and new followers, and up to 13% from Weekly Missions, such as how often you go live. TikTok caps the Creator League mission at $1,000 a week.
Does it matter if a viewer bought Coins on an iPhone or the website?
To the viewer, yes: the website is cheaper. To the creator, TikTok doesn't say. Its 2022 page described the creator's share as a cut of TikTok's revenue after app store fees, and app Coins cost more to cover those fees. This calculator gives the creator the same estimate either way.
Can you get a refund on TikTok Coins or cash them out?
No, in the US. TikTok's Virtual Items Policy says "Coins are not returnable or refundable" and that virtual items "cannot be exchanged for cash or used as currency". Creators cash out LIVE rewards, not Coins, and TikTok adds that Diamonds do not automatically entitle anyone to a reward payment.
